Make My Monday Literary Challenge........

Materials Used
8ins by 8ins Scalloped Card Blank
Turquoise Blue Parchment Paper Selection of pastel blue design sheets by K&Co Spellbinder Label Dies and Spellbinder Scroll Die, Image taken from the CD Rom by Pantheon Vintage Graphics.
My Inspiration comes from the era itself, everything was so delicate and feminine.
