Materials Used

The Hard Card found on the back of a writing pad

Scrap Material

White Lace

White Organza Bow

Scroll Die Cut

Heart Charm.

I cut the tag using my Sissix Machine in the card, then cut the same tag in the material, and joined the two using a spray glue, the white lace was added toward the bottom of the tag, the scroll was die cut using an X Cut die in white card, then embossed to add texture, the bow and heart charm were attached towards the top of the tag, to finish of I threaded a piece of the white lace through the top of the tag, 

The tag measures 3 1/2 ins by 2 ins.
