I hope you are all well, and enjoying your weekend, my blog today is dedicated to my amazing Mum..... she really has the patience of a Saint, the times I must have annoyed her over the years, and the times I have not listened to her worldly advice, she has made such an impact on my life, more than she know's, and I would be lost without her.... |I can actually hear myself saying some of the things she has said to me over the years, to my own children, but one saying that my amazing Mum said to me once sticks in my head, children make your arms ache when little and your heart ache when they get older..... so Mum, this is for you I love you more than you will ever know, and I do listen to you honest.....

Just A Quickie.....

Hello Again Peeps,

Just a quick blog, as hubby will be home soon, and I have nothing on for tea yet.....

Ooops, forgot about the time.... been busy doing DT stuff, also my Daughter Hazel, popped in with a gorgeous bouquet of roses for Mothers Day.... I only saw her this morning..... but I can never have enough of my brood.... well once I had finished the DT things... I decided to have a quick play around, with my Digital Programme, a couple of weeks ago I won the challenge over on digitallysweetchallenges and the prize were some images from the wonderful lunagirlmoonbeams.  of which I adore, so I decided to use one of them in my layout... I kept this one quite simple, adding the green around the edge, to match her hat.... right I'm off to get the tea on, will speak again tomorrow God willing, hope you all have a good evening..XX

Beginning of Summer !!!!!!!

Good Afternoon Peeps

How ya doin..... well it is the start of British Summertime today isn't it ????.

Well that is what I was led to believe..... but has anybody told the weather that, only today in my little corner of Cornwall it is hard to believe, misty rain, Oh dear forgot that is our Summer weather.... Oh well, perhaps we will get some sun at some point, well I have been up the yard as per usual, rode the beast, then on the way home popped into my Daughter Teresa's for a coffee  and a chat, left there and went to visit my two other daughter's Sarah and Hazel.... so all in all had quite a busy morning.... I am now safely back indoors.... before I left to go up the yard this morning, I purchased 3 new digi kits, and made the layout below using one of them, for the challenge over at  Lunagirlmoonbeams.  hope they like it..... so I am going to love and leave you as I have quite a bit of behind the scene DT work to do, and also the kettle has just switched off... so will speak to you all again tomorrow God Willing, or even later today......

I hope you are all well..... can you believe we are at the beginning of yet another weekend ....

the time is flying by, well I was sure glad when yesterday morning came, and I finished my three night shift's, they were a bit stressful to say the least.... made a hasty exit at 07.00.... hopefully things will be a little quieter  when I return to work on Monday night !!!!!

Well, up the yard as per usual this morning  rode my boy, and then played catch up over a couple of cups of coffee with the girls, popped in to my Mum's on the way home armed with goodies for her, including her Mothers's Day Card and Pressie, had a chat over a coffee, then returned home to catch up on some behind the scenes DT work..... then decided to join in with the fun over at

Good Afternoon Peeps,

I hope you are all well and not working to hard !!!!!!

Have any of you had that feeling, I can't take any more of this..... well I have had it the last two night's at work, it has been a bit ... how can I say stressful.... so I will be well and truly relieved when Thursday morning comes and I can leave it all behind me for a few day's.... sooo this morning when I got in from work, I decided to have a play around while waiting for my uniform  to finish washing..... and also it helps  me to unwind sometimes, before I go to bed... and below is the layout I  designed ...well I am going to love and leave you all...as the washing machine is bleeping at me, to let me now I can go to bed Ahhh bliss !!!!!!!!

Where Has Spring Sprung Too !!!!!!!

Good Morning Peeps

Well here we are Monday again.... were did the weekend go, I personally think it has gone off with Spring.... seeing as both are never here for long,  the weather here today in my little corner of Cornwall is beastly.... wind rain....., and cold.... are we not supposed to be getting ready for Spring, and maybe some warmer weather..... the depth of my clothes are up and down like a yo-yo..... don't now what to put on from one day to the next.... oh well Que sera sera, was up the yard again this morning rode my boy, will not ride him again till Thursday, as back in to work tonight !!!, have to earn a crust..... so seeing as the weather is so nasty kept him in, so left him wrapped up in a nice dry stable..... I had a littler play around when I got back, and made the layout below, the gorgeous image was a freebie, but unfortunately cannot remember were from !!!!! oh dear old age is setting in.... so I am going to love and leave you all, and will speak again to you all on Thursday

I hope you are all well..... the weather is still on the chilly side here in my little corner of Cornwall, what's it like were you are.... have been up the yard as per usual this morning, done the daily chores etc. etc. returned home and did some behind the scenes crafting.... and then decided to have a play around with a new digi kit that I purchased yesterday and some new digi's Stamps that I purchased this morning from over at Bugaboo Stamps they have a 25% sale on that finishes today so I went and grabbed some, and used one of them in my layout, hope you like it... well I am going to grab a coffee and then get ready to go to a sale with my friends Kath and Sherry this afternoon, will speak again soon God willing...

Good Afternoon Peeps

Well what's the weather like were you are..... here in my little corner of Cornwall it has reverted back to Winter,

cold windy, with heavy icy showers.....with the odd glimpse of the sun, back to lighting the fire's ..... I thought the nice weather we had last week was to good to be true, anyhoo, went up the yard as per usual, rode my boy who was not at all impressed as all he wanted to do was come in and eat... then ran the rabble on the fields and we got caught in a downpour so it was every man for himself as we ran back to my truck...by the time I got there the rabble were already in the back !!!!! just as well I left the tailgate open... then decided to keep Ace in overnight, so went round and bedded him down for the night.... so I think I have been forgiven for riding him..... then returned home,

well the cat's are curled up in front of the fire and the boy's are laying on the sofa..... so I decided to join in with the challenge over on Digitally Sweet  and the theme this week is stars and my layout is below....

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend, it's rather on the chilly side today in my little corner of Cornwall.... certainly not sunbathing weather, well came back from the yard this morning to find Hubby out in the back garden, he is on a tidying  mission at the mo, so the garden looks more untidy than it did before he started !!!!  I'm sure he know's what he is doing.... so left him out there merrily banging and crashing about.... me I came indoors and made a coffee... on the way up to the yard this morning I did take some pictures of the beautiful sky.... I always carry my camera around with me, for those special moments.... and I am rather partial to a dramatic skyline, so I decided to do a layout with them, what do you think......

Blimey !!!! second post of the day, what has happened, well the sun has come

 out to play at last.... was beginning to wonder if we would see it... well have done quite a bit in the way of crafting today...has made a nice change, caught up on a lot of behind the scenes DT work, so at least I won't be to rushed !!!! 

Then decided to have a play around.... now I don't know about you, but I just love Lunagirl Moonbeams Vintage images, and I have owned one of there CDs for yonks.... 

2004 actually so yes quite an old one, but the images are gorgeous, and  one of my favourite ones was screaming at me to go in to my layout below.... yes I know Valentine's Day has gone...

but who say's romance is dead !!!!!

A Spring Day !!!!!!

Good Afternoon Peeps,

Hope you are all enjoying the start of the weekend... weather not overly nice at the mo in my little corner of Cornwall..... but I think it may improve !!!! well my workload has been cut down drastically up at the yard the horses are all out over night.... so the mucking is minimal.... which leaves more time for coffee..... yippee, 

although I have to admit I am always apprehensive the first couple of nights, is he warm enough what if it rains .... then I have to say to myself get a grip .... he is a wild animal, used to living out in all weathers without thick waterproof rugs .... thing is nobody has told Ace this ....he likes his creature comforts, although the little brat, made me walk over to the middle of the field this morning to get him....probably my punishment for leaving him out all night.... so this morning he had the works, legs shampooed, mane and tail conditioned hooves oiled, when I left him he was gleaming.... but I can guarantee as soon as he goes out in to his field later he will find the most muddy bit and roll.... and then I get to do it all again tomorrow... on the way home I popped in to PANTS... and brought a brand new pair of curtains for my kitchen window, which is normally quite awkward to buy for... returned home and got a phone call from Shelter Box Charity shop which is just up the road from were I live, asking me if I could work in there shop for two hours on a Saturday 2 till 4 I start next week.... made a layout with the new digi kit I got, so all all in all not a bad day....

Were has the sun gone..... it certainly is not showing it's face today in my little corner of Cornwall....

hope it's nice were you are.... well the weekend is upon us again, are any of you doing 

anything nice....I have nothing planned for this weekend, just the way I like it... will of course be up the yard in the morning.... but after that it will be wherever the wind takes me.... of course  I will do some crafting at some point that goes without saying.... may spend some time in the garden !!!! have had a relativity quite day today... did ride my horse this morning, and then had the proverbial couple of cups of coffee with the girls, then returned home and hoovered out my truck, so once again for a short time it does not resemble a green wheelie bin !!!! apart from that not much... did manage to join in with a great challenge over at digitallysweetchallenges  and they are being sponsored by Lunagirl Moonbeams this week, and my entry is below.... the theme this week is black and white with one other colour..

Back Up !!!!!!!

Good Afternoon Peeps,

How's it going !!!!!! I had a lovely day yesterday with my youngest daughter Teresa, we went in to town and had a coffee and a Danish, then mooched around the shops...it was great to spend some quality time together, then we popped in to my Mum's for another coffee and a chat before I went for my check up, and everything is fine there, so all in all it was a beautiful day..... But the weather here in my little corner of Cornwall today is grey and misty... well it is in Camborne, yet Constantine were I keep my horse is gorgeous sunshine...... so up the yard this morning to ride and have a couple of cups of coffee and a chat with girls, it was lovely as we were all sat out in the sunshine.... did not want to leave..... so returned home to grey and misty weather, and here was me hoping I would be able to sit out in the garden !!!! never mind ..... anyhoo it gave me the perfect excuse, not that I ever need one, to catch up on some behind the scenes crafting .... having to use hubbys computer at the mo as mine is poorly, and gone in to work with hubby to be looked at... hopefully not to much wrong with it..... but have decided to back back everything up, when I do get it back..... well I popped on over to Lunagirl Moonbeams today and Karen is giving a couple of freebies away, so decided to use one of them for my layout...seeing as it is St Patrick's day soon !!!!

Bleach and Jeyes Fluid Not A Good Mix ......

Good Morning Peeps,

Well it looks like it is going to be a nice day today in my little corner of Cornwall..

The sun has just started to poke his head out, Well I had the chance of a lie in this morning !!! a proper one, and did I, nope just laid there thinking of what I could be doing.... today I am going to to the Docs for a check up, and going out this morning with my daughter Teresa, for a coffee and a mooch 

around town, I am going to buy some Acrylic paints as we have quite a few white tiles, that I would to paint some Fairies on, which I am really looking forward to... so hubby said he would go and sort my horse Ace out to give me a chance of that lie in.... so when hubby left I decided to wash the front door.... and the garden path, and the hall tiles..... and used a solution of bleach and jeyes fluid for the front door and the garden path, and blimey is it strong, so I do NOT recommend it.... I even went the whole hog and tipped it down the outside drains..... I opened up the windows, but the smell is coming in, but at least it smells clean!!!!!,I hung the picture I purchased the other day and  also washed all  my mirrors, as I do have a penchant for those as well, not modern ones but old, were the frames are all well worn and they are all dotted around my house........ so on the whole I have had a busy morning, Oh I forgot also hung some curtains at the window on my landing, which I thought was very brave of me, as it measures about 8ft in height and I do not like heights, and had to go up the the step ladder.... which is now stuck on the landing as I cannot close the dam thing.... and even had time to put together a layout while I am waiting for the kitchen floor to dry.... 

Well I am going to get some brekkie and get ready for my baby girl Teresa to pick me up, will speak again soon

 God willing, and also if I haven't become

 coma endused due to fumes.....

Bit of a late blog for me.... but got itchy feet so came in to my Craft Studio,

uploaded some of the pics I took today when I went to our shop in Falmouth, 

and I had a wonder around the town, so of course I had to take some pics,
