This is my first entry to Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge Spring Fever,

3.5 by 2.5 White Base Card,
Covered in a design sheet by Debbie Moore,
Black Lace effect border found in  my stash,
Flowers cut from the same design sheet,
Pocket Watch Stamp by Papermania,
Tim Holtz Distress Ink 
Sentiment printed from my computer on to a contrasting green satin card stock,
Spellbinder Tiny Label Die,
