Hi Folk's...

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend,

The weather here in my little corner of Cornwall, is a bit on the windy side.....

certainly not sunbathing weather....

I was up with the lark again this morning, up the yard rode my boy and brushed a few cobwebs

away, and also a slight hangover !!!!!

Met up with a couple of friends yesterday, something I have not done in a while...

and after a couple of G&Ts rather large ones, decided to return home, before I

 had to be carried home...... but we all certainly had a

good time, On the way back from the yard this morning, popped in to

see my son and his family.... I have not seen my Stevie for a while, what

with work an all, so it was lovely to see him and my grandson Jacob, and of course not forgetting Jo my Daughter in Law.....

So out cam the camera (as you do) and took the photos below,

The Weather here today in my little corner of Cornwall, is a bit on the drab side,

but al least it is dry....

Well what ya all been up to, I had a good morning up the yard, rode my boy,

very good indeed.... had a few cups of coffee as you do..... with the girls, before popping in to my daughter Teresa's, for another couple of coffee's, and said to her I have decided to join Facebook,

we had quite a laugh about it, as I do not know what I am doing, and appear to have loads of friends, who I have never met...... I just keep adding all these lovely people to my friends requests....and they keep saying yes..... I have got a couple I actually know, will

I ever get the hang of it I ask myself..... I have never had so many e-mails......

Second blog of the day woohoo, had a moment of creativeness come over me, 

and made the Design below,so decided to enter it in some challenge's,

 something of which I have not done much of lately.... but

thoroughly enjoyed..... 

Recipe for My Design
DL Size White Base Card Digitally Layered with Different Background Papers 
Large Embellishment has been made using a Gold Bark Effect Mirri Card cut to 6cms by 4cms
Digi Stamp of Mannequin Free from Pinterest and Shaded using Metallic Inks
Steampunk Heart and Wings cut using My E-Craft Machine
Little Black Cogs Stamped in Black using Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Attached to Image are Two Antique Bronze Effect Button and a Rusty Metal Key
This has then been layered on to my Background, once in the position I wanted, I then added the digital elements.

I Forgot it was Bank Holiday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning My Lovelies...

I hope you are all enjoying Bank Holiday Monday......

of which I forgot !!!!!!

Got up this morning at 8.00 today is my day for a lie in.....as I have work tonight...

to find hubby leisurely sprawled out on the sofa......

me thinking he must be unaware of the time.........

so calmly said to him do you realize the time, to witch he replied yes of course I do!!!

me well have you not got to get ready for work, hubby not yet we are not opening till later

 Hubby owns a shop in Falmouth in an old Arcade, beautiful listed building done out to resemble Victorian Shops which are all securely shut behind wrought iron shutters, and on Bank Holiday's they all open a bit later ..... hence the reason hubby still relaxing on the sofa.....

How could I forget it was Bank Holiday...there has been enough adverts on the telly..... or maybe it's because we have just had one !!!!

Still whatever... I hope you all enjoy it.....

Anyhoo I decided to enter a few challenges this morning...while I was waiting for

the kettle to boil..... and it is Glen's the Nurse at work's Birthday today and she

is besotted with anything cuddly, especially Cat's....

soo I purchased the book below for a pressies and made her this card, with

it's own Book Mark hope she likes it....so have decided to enter in the following challenges...
