Seeing is Believing .......

Good Morning my Lovelies,

Well here we are Monday again !!!!!!!

I hope you all had an enjoyable weekend...

As my regular readers are aware, I have been housebound since Thursday,

my beloved truck failed it's yearly medical, so it has been hospitalized the last few day's, but I have been told he is nearly ready to be discharged,

So hopefully he will be back in his rightful place by the end of the week,

At least having these last few day's at home has given me a chance to get loads of goodies up on my E-Bay store, if you have a chance pop on over and have a peep, just click on the E=Bay logo 

at the top of my blog..... will be putting some more goodies up shortly....

 I have however had a play around this morning, 

Where I work is a very old building..... and as you can imagine being old it has probably quite a few stories it could tell, 

well quite a few of the night staff, have heard on numerous occasions,

 the odd noise, and footsteps down the corridors, with nobody to be seen..... Me I do believe in such things, as spirits...... so I made the layout below with the night walker girls

at work in mind,

Good Morning My Lovelies,

I Hope you are all well..... long time since I last spoke to you all,  I have had a busy busy week, 

and here we are at another weekend....

Well the weather here in my little corner of Cornwall has changed, and not for the better, 

rain and wind..... with more on the way, Oh well what will be will be..... I keep checking on the potatoes that I planted last week nothing yet, 

Well I am house bound again, for how long who know's my truck has failed it's yearly MOT,

nothing drastic, I am glad to say, and he is at the Doctors as we speak.... what I would do without my friend Lesley's dad I do not know, he has looked after mine and hubby's vehicles since we have known him, and I would not go anywhere else..... it is hard to find someone you can trust and who does not try and add all those little extras on !!!!!!!

However I did get some great new's yesterday..... I went for a job interview at Treliske Hospital, yesterday morning,

interview went well, at the end was informed that I would here from them next week....

something that I did not like hearing, as I am not the most patient person....

went with my daughter Teresa, as of course I had no transport, so after the interview  we went for a leisurely  mooch around the shops, had a coffee, as you do which I enjoyed immensely as I love spending quality time with my children ...... and I was only back indoors for about an hour, and I got the call, to say that the job was mine.... so at the moment 

I have two jobs ...... who say's you are to old at nearly 58 years young.

So today I have loads to do especially with my challenge blogs, catching up also on my

E-Bay site which has picked up.... but firstly I am going to have a bit of me time and enter a couple of my fav challenge's, one of which for the third week running I have been placed in the

Good Afternoon My lovelies,

Well the Bank Holiday weather is up to it's usual standard ...... well it is here in my little corner of Cornwall...... wet and chilly, a stark contrast from what we have had over the last few day's

Oh well we should be used to it by now..... anyhoo, what you all been doin, me I was up with the lark's again this morning to go and sort my boy out.... gave him an electric massage this morning, which he just loves, gave him a lovely groom and then left him relaxed and munching 

in his stable..... returned home to find hubby out in the garden, he is still out there as we speak in the rain !!!!!! have told him to come in but he is adamant he is going to finish

 what he has started, that is fine but the rabble keep charging around the garden like loonies, then come charging in the back door wet and muddy..... Smarty Pants has more sense and is under a throw on the sofa..... while hubby is out in the wet I joined in with a fab challenge over at

Good Afternoon My Lovelies..
And a Happy Easter to you all,

 I hope you have all had a lot of Easter Eggs ....
Me I have none :>(    Hubby say's he is doing my waistline a favour.... dam cheek of it, my waistline say's it can manage a small one.... so I went a got myself some choccie instead, that rich dark bitter sort Hmmm, well went up the yard as per usual this morning and stopped at Argal Reservoir to take two amazing pictures both taken at the same time but at different views of the reservoir and the pictures are so different, the reflection of Mabe Church in one lovely and sunny, and the second from the opposite side of the lake, with a haunting mist laying on the waterline....amazing contrast.... well did not stay up the yard for too long this morning, gave Ace a nice groom lunged him in the school,  popped in to my Mum's for a coffee and a chat.... before returning home... popped on over to see what the latest challenge is at digitallysweetchallenges  and found that I had came in the top three for the second week running.... Thank you Ladies.... so got down to entering the challenge this week, 
which is a photo inspiration, and below is my entry....

Knobbly Bits ......

Good Afternoon my Lovelies, 
First of all I would like to welcome Pat to my blog, Hi Pat, I do hope you will pop back from time to time....

What a glorious few day's we have had .... I do hope it last's for the Easter Weekend, well what are you all up to, do you have any plans for the Bank Holiday.... at the mo I have none .... but that can all change, I will be going to see my Mum tomorrow, will take her down some goodies....

well today I have been scrubbing field troughs, and re-filling with fresh water, rode my boy and blimey was it hot, we both came back sweating, does not help wearing all black, and also my boy is Black,  so we attracted the sun like a magnet, sat outside with the girls and had a coffee and a chat, and none of us wanted to move.... as it was so hot... but we did eventually go our separate ways, on my return to home I planted an Azalea  bush that hubby had got for me, then planted some seed potatoes in some tubs.... this is a first for me, as I normally throw them away, when they start to sprout those little knobbly bits..... but some of the conversation up the yard this morning was about being a bit more self sufficient, I have already decided to grow my own salad, and have now decided to grow some veg... hence the reason for planting my spuds with the knobbly bits on.....  which I now know, are shoots....  

will keep you all informed of there progress....

On Monday it is a friends at work Birthday, and she is obsessed with Mermaids,

so I hope she likes the Card I have made her....

Good Morning My Lovelies,

Hope are you all well on this gorgeous Monday morning....

Here in my little corner of Cornwall it has been gorgeous weather the last 

few day's....does that mean that Summer is here I wonder......I hope you all had an enjoyable weekend... I had a lovely one... went  out with my two eldest daughter's Sarah and Hazel, on Saturday for a coffee and a look around the shops, which I really enjoyed, it was nice to spend some quality time with them, it is very difficult to get them together , what with there busy work schedules...Sarah is a Theatre Practitioner working at West Cornwall Hospital and Hazel is manager of Spec Savers Opticians.... so to get them both together is great... we had a look around the shops, and then sat and had a chin wag in Costa Coffee, before returning home....and Sunday I spent time up the stables riding, then returned home to do some gardening with hubby, have decided to utilise our greenhouse more this year, I would like to grow my own veg.... and seeing as I am not  at all green fingered it should be fun !!!!!, after spending most of the day in the garden, after lunch we settled back to watch DaVinci's Demons , which we are both totally hooked on, have any of you been watching it.....for me I cannot get enough......so that was it for my weekend thoroughly enjoyable... and here we are again Monday and for a lot of us it is the start of another working week.... for me I become a night walker for the next three night's, but whatever your job roles are, I hope you have a good week, Today is mine and hubby's Crystal Anniversary 15 years, they say time flies when you are having fun !!!!!

I wanted to make my design as masculine as I could, but still be able to use the element of Crystal the digi kit I used was The Night Garden, the image of the Crystal Ball I was lucky enough to have on one of my Craft Cd's, The Sentiment's were done by me on my Computer.. 

This is the Design my Amazing Mum made, she does the most amazing shading, for this design she used one of her digi stamp  by Aurora Wings
