Hope you are all well, what's the weather up to were you are ...... here in my little corner of Cornwall we have the rain and wind back won't be doing any gardening today...... and yet yesterday was such a lovely day, oh well, can you believe we are half way through January already, Christmas seems so long ago, they have started to put the Easter Eggs in Tesco already ...... well up the yard as per usual this morning, was not raining then, glad to say, I can cope with the rain, and the wind, but not together, truth is, I would much rather be out in the fresh air most of the time ...... Mum reckons I am hyper, as I don't seem to be able to sit for long, without thinking of what I could be doing ....... I have done some crafting today, but none that I can display at the mo ...... however I did have a play around with some scraps, that I found in my scrap box...... one of my many New Year resolutions is to use them up Hmmm, I wonder how long this one will last.....

Recipe for My Design,

All the pieces used on this card, were in my stash box, old Spellbinder rounds that I had Die Cut, and then decided not to use !!!!! sound familiar,

The Image is my own, once again I cut it out with the good intentions of using it, and never did, 

The layout I think worked well ...... and I think the different colour tones and different papers, added to the Vintage look, what do you think.....

Good Evening Readers,
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend..... the weather in my little corner of Cornwall, has been lovely and sunny but a bit on the chilly side, actually managed to get a load of washing
 dry on the line !!! which made a nice change, popped in to my fav charity shop this morning on the way back from the yard, and purchased 4 soft toys for the rabble, and a salt rock hoodie for me to wear up the yard, and just as I was about to leave.... I spotted a lovely khaki green cord jacket with a gorgeous embroidered flower on the pocket, originally from Marks and Spencer, so of course it was in my size..... £2.00 great for the summer to wear with jeans ...... on the way home I popped in to see my Mum, so had a coffee and a chat, then returned home to do some chores, before sitting to do some crafting, managed to put a few more things up on E-Bay, which I am pleased to say is ticking away nicely ..... then decided to make something for my Daughter Teresa, to hang in her kitchen, she has an interview on Monday for a nursing placement at Uni, so she is a bit stressed at the mo, she has put a lot of work in to the courses she has been doing, along with running a home and looking after two children, and hubby..... she is not sure what field of nursing to go in to at the mo, it will either be Cancer or Stroke, both of which has effected our family, so I saw this Bugaboo stamp and immediately thought of Teresa, ( Not in looks of course)
Hope she likes it......

Good Afternoon Readers,
How are we all on this, Feelgood Friday..... for most it is the start of the weekend.....  I have three more night shifts, Mon,Tues,Wed, and then I have a weeks Annual Leave, yippee, what will I do with all that time on my hand's, I have a few things planned, one is to sort out my Craft Studio, and get it in some sort of order!!!!! at the mo I am spending to much valuable crafting time, trying to find things..... so that is one of my many things to do on my list, then I plan to get my hair cut again, as it's growing at a rate of knots at the mo!!!!, then I want to sort out my Tack cupboard up at the yard, then there is the stables dinner and dance, I need to hoover out the inside of my truck, as once again it is resembling a green wheelie bin, I also have a few thing's to sort out on my challenge blog's !!!!!!! Phew, I'll be glad to get back to work for a rest..... the past couple of week's my crafting mojo, appears to have gone on Safari ..... apart from my DT work, I have not done much in the way of crafting...... and I do have a few Birthday's on the horizon, today I did manage to do a commissioned card for a friend at work's partner ...... I got a few details on the recipient, and going with those details this is what I came up with.....  Hope they like it....

Good Afternoon Readers,
I hope you are all well...... whats the weather like were you are, we actually had some snow in my little corner of Cornwall, on Saturday night, yes Snow, my daughter Teresa rang me to go and look out of the window.... I thought at first she was joking, but no there it was ..... thankfully it did not last long, and left no evidence of even being here ...... so we have the rain and wind back, have you all been reading the news... and did you see the plank of a father, who took his children on to the harbor in Cornwall, and nearly got washed away by the waves, what is wrong with people, surely they cannot be that stupid, there is nothing more violent and cruel than mother nature...... and when they do these stupid things, maybe they should spare a thought for the people who have to go and rescue them ..... whose job is hard enough, without idiots adding to it, anyway enough of that, it just make's me so mad.... I have been playing around with one of the computer programmes that hubby got me for Christmas.... and below are a couple of thing that I have designed, I am going to try, to design some backing papers...... but I need to learn a lot more on how to use it first.....

I thought these would be nice to use as card fronts and then embellish with large die cut flowers and flourishes what do you think .......
